Adult learners develop personal learning goals with the instructor. Students are not required to stay for entire scheduled time but may come and go as desired. Classes will follow the District Calendar and not be held on non-school days.

In this level, girls will be divided into teams and will begin learning how to play the half-court and full-court game of basketball. SRTS provides 4 safe routes for children to get active by walking and biking to school one day a week during the fall and spring. Children who attend public and parochial elementary schools in Fairmont benefit by exercising with peers in a safe, chaperoned environment. Walkers and bikers are brought to heir respective schools by crosswalk guards and adult volunteers along safe routes. The chaperoned routes will begin at the following locations: Route 1 Corner of Day Street & South Orient (7:45am), Route 2 Begins at the Fairmont Aquatic Park (7:30am), Route 3 Begins at St Paul Lutheran School Playground (7:40am) & Route 4 Begins at Grace Lutheran Church (7:30am). The beginning locations of each route are also designated SRTS Safe Zones. Parents are encouraged to use the drop points to promote walking for fitness and avoid the congestion at Fairmont Elementary School.
