SESSION I - These programs are instructed by Fairmont Hockey coaches and players. Learn to Skate provides a fun way for boys and girls of all ages to learn the fundamentals of ice skating. - - Learn to Play Hockey is a great way for boys and girls of 3-12 to start and develop their hockey playing skills. It is really important for Learn to Play Hockey that participants have basic skating skills. *** If your child has never skated or skated few times, we recommend signing up for Learn to Skate. Free! Learn to speak English as a second language, conversation, reading, writing, and understanding the American culture. These classes are very informal. Adult learners develop personal learning goals with the instructor. Students are not required to stay for entire scheduled time but may come and go as desired. Classes will follow the District Calendar and not be held on non-school days.
